The service has been stellar! The lady who helped us on the phone and in person was so wonderful! The facilities are also superb! Perfect for our needs and very nice! We are so grateful that we found this location to store our motor home! Thank you!!!

This new facility is absolutely amazing! The Gal at the front seat was so polite and helpful! it was truly a blessing to find this place. Anyone looking for a boat or Rv storage this facility is well worth it. I can’t say enough good about them

All I can say is “WOW,” what an incredible facility and amenities !!! Jeannette, the manager, was the best! She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found CareFree, even though it’s 45 minutes from our house.

Great experience getting set up with a new covered area for our boat. Facilities are also a tremendous upgrade, including a great double washbay that fits full size RVs or truck and boat trailer. Maintenance throughout the season will be a breeze, perhaps even enjoyable. Looking forward to our time here with wonderful people who are very helpful.

My family and I stopped in this past week to get some quotes on storage. I was amazed at how immaculate the property was and how friendly Jeanette was in the office. Amazing customer service !

Jenette is the best, Kind, friendly and very accommodating to the customers needs. The place is awesome as well, being able to wash off the RV before storing it was great, the wash station is great with a strong enough force to really clean it. Over all the best storage facility I've been associated with

The facility was immaculate and the service was superb. Jen was extremely helpful and she gave me all of the information that I needed to feel confident and secure and storing our trailer in their facility.

I went to look at a customer’s RV at the Carefree RV & Boat storage facility in Wylie. It is spacious with many covered spots and other amenities that fit the RVers needs. Jen is knowledgeable and gracious.

What a great new storage place! Wonderfully wide aisles, which makes for easier turning, good security, lots of amenities. Great gate app so you don't have to worry about remembering the code. And fabulous customer service from Jeannette! This is the way customers should always be treated.

Awesome customer service! I'm so happy to have found this place. Jen saved my day, definitely! I had a previous reservation at the Wylie RV Boat and Storage but they failed to fulfill the reservation. I tried calling them multiple times but no one answered nor did I receive a call back! The RV was being delivered in less than an hour and I still didn't have access to my reserved space at the Wylie RV Storage but they sure did charge me upfront even though they didn't fulfill their end of the lease! I had no other choice but to search for another storage place since I was running out of time. All of the others I came across looked like junk yards! But, that's when I called Carefree Covered RV and found life-saver Jen! She answered right away on a Sunday even though they were closed! She met me at the office in less than 10 minutes, and fixed me up asap! Just in time for the delivery, eliminating wait time! The RV is now stored. They have cameras throughout so it helps to know the RV lot is being monitored for safety! It's so clean and it actually looks like an RV storage vs a junk yard! They also have so many extra perks to go along with it! I highly, highly recommend using Carefree Covered RV & Boat Storage. And if you have a different experience with Jen I highly doubt she was at fault because she was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and so extremely helpful! Give her a call! You won't be disappointed!

A spa for your RV. Clean, roomy covered spaces, power, washing station, dumping station, dog play area, all at a great rate.. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. We would give it 6 stars if we could
