Professionalism, cleanliness, and consideration: These things Carefree Covered RV Storage has in spades. During the tour, Daniel showed me the full extent of the amenities offered to their tenants, and I had a hard time believing I had not heard of this place before! The office was clean and smelled nice, the car wash was clean, and on my way out they offered me a pair of nice coffee cups and a lock for my trailer hitch totally free! They even showed me how to use the dump station. If you have an RV you want taken good care of, check out Carefree!

I cannot say enough good things about Carefree Covered RV Storage in Chandler! Their pricing is very competitive, the facility and its amenities are incredible and most importantly the customer service is the absolute best. They always answer calls and emails right away. They are excellent with accommodating your needs as they change and I have never not been greeted with a smile and very helpful attitude. We have been here for years and don’t plan to leave as long as we still require the storage space. I recommend this company 1000%

Great place to store RV ! Covered if desired. Complimentary 2 bags ice is available, (now though only when office is open as others took advantage and loaded up with way more than allowed. ) Nice on site facilities to wash & vac , plus empty RV holding tanks. On site and office staff are wonderful !

Very helpful and friendly attendants at the welcome center. We were given a tour of the facility and shown our spot. Each lot is fenced and renters are given a unique entry code. They have complimentary dump stations and a rv washing center, free ice and several items in their welcome center. We will use them again if we ever need another storage space in the Phoenix area.

Wow! This facility is amazing. Their covers spots are full, but we did get an uncovered for a very reasonable price. The facility is 100% paved and is super clean. They have two covered wash bats they have pressure wands and foam brushes, all for no extra cost. The check in team was very nice and made the rental process easy.

Carefree Covered RV Storage has multiple locations in the Southeast Valley. I first went to the location at Kyrene Rd and McAllister inquiring about a covered space for our RV that we had recently purchased. I chatted with Brittany at that location and she drove me to the spots and showed me what was available. The spots were nice, but not quite what I was after. She immediately called the other location on Nelson Drive in Chandler and spoke with Daniel who advised he may have exactly what I was looking for. A very short drive, and I was at the Nelson Drive location. I spoke with Daniel who took me in the golf cart to the spot. It was perfect. I would highly recommend Carefree Covered RV Storage to keep your cabin on wheels. Secure gates, 24 hour access. All a plus in my book!

Carefree Covered RV Storage is a great place to store your rv. The covered storage makes a huge difference with the AZ heat. It is nice to have concrete parking and you do not park in the dirt. The new shade screens that were placed keep the rv's from getting direct sunlight. Your rig is safe and secure at this location.

Wonderful place to store an RV, Trailer or Popup. Love the fact that in one stop I can Clean my trailer in their large covered wash rack, dump the tanks, and get propane. Can't beat it!

We could not have had a better experience today at the storage lot there... Daniel was super cool very nice very helpful he listen to what we needed and showed us a couple of spots and we picked the best out of the two they were both good but we needed 24-hour access so that's the one we went with... The lady in the office working with Daniel was very nice also... I love how clean and organized the whole operation looks and feels... It is now october2024 I don't know how to make a new note... I think I am adding to my original post... Anyway I hope that you guys get to read these... This is a wonderful place! It is always very clean. And well maintained... The people. In the front office Are always great and helpful... The peace of mind. That my wife and I feel knowing our trailer is in such a secured location is priceless...

Great experience with the office and staff getting a spot for my new travel trailer. The uncovered lot is very clean - wide roads - easy to navigate - paved and level. The app to open the gates works great and I don’t have to stretch to punch in the code. I have not used all the other amenities yet but I have confidence they are worth the 5 stars as well. I highly recommend this business.

I passed on facilities much closer to my home for this place. I highly recommend. Space rent is comperable to other lots.

The people that work there are fantastic! I have interacted with Pia on a few occasions and she is always professional, conscientious, hardworking and pleasant to work with. She can always answer my questions and assist me when needed. You can’t do better!

We stored our Rv & Jeep here for few months. This place is clean and very secure. The staff was always so helpful and went out of their way for us when our flights were cancelled and were supposed to move out that day. I would reccomend this place 100% By far the best storage place we’ve used and we been traveling in our Rv from Alaska to Florida for 6years so this place has beat out many many other storage places.

We were looking for a spot to get our RN out of the sun. Daniel was a huge help and I wanted a spot on a particular side, to get the most shade. Even though this was not Daniel's normal location he drove us all over the lot and we found a great spot. We had also looked at the other Chandler location and Pia was great as well. They must have a great HR department, because everyone was extremely helpful and we got the exact spot we wanted, definitely the best place to go!!!

Crystal Hamilton was the best at getting us set up for a space for our trailer. She was very accommodating and shared lots of ideas and ways to help us get ready for camping with our trailer, such as the staging area that we were not aware of before. The monthly rates were very good compared to other covered storage places in the area and she gave us a number of options on how to pay. Her friendly nature and up beat personality was one of the main reasons we chose Carefree Covered RV Storage in Chandler. Crystal is a credit to the company and I hope that she is appreciated by management, because she sure is appreciated by us the customer! Kudos to Crystal for a job well done! If you are looking for a secure storage this is it! It was my main concern storing our motorhome in the Phoenix area. We left our precious home with E-bikes locked on the back and 6 months later everything was in perfect condition. They have cameras everywhere, razor wire on top of cement walls and coded entry and exit. There is even propane fill, RV wash, dump station to boot. The customer service is top notch too! Money well spent.

Love, love, love this place. Can't speak highly enough about the amenities and staff. We moved out of Phoenix and I miss this very much, as we had to take a terrible downgrade to find covered storage.

Was the easiest storage experience I have ever had! Would never go anywhere else… Crystal at the Chandler was a rock star to work with! A+ all the way!

She got me the special one. The WOW for me was when she showed me the staging area where I could set up my 5th wheel and said I could use it to show it For Sale. We have been using Carefree Covered RV Storage for over two years and recently moved from their facility in San Tan to the I-10 location. The folks at both locations made this move seamless and we are extremely happy with the facilities at all of their locations.

This place is Awesome! We store the boat here! They have a RV/boat wash, snack bar, ice, dog park. The premises are extremely clean! Pia is great! She drove me around on the golf cart. This is a great place to store your RV. The people who run the place could not be nicer or any friendlier. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained with a lot of amenities you don’t find in most of the competition. My RV is a big investment and I am confident I have chosen the right facility to store it at.

Such an amazing place to store your RV, prep for your trip and clean up after. This facility offers so much more than just storage, and they actually know your name. They have two wash bays which are more than adequate for clean up along with vacuum stations, a dog park to let your canine stretch their legs after a long car ride. They offer free ice, restrooms, not to mention coffee and snacks to fuel up for your trip along with mugs, key rings, and pens. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful and everything is always clean. We sold our RV, and I think I will miss the storage facility the most! If you are lucky enough to get a spot with them, never leave!

We have been looking for a new location to store our travel trailer for some time. When we got the call from Carefree that a space was available we headed right over and WOW! We were provided the best tour, customer service and rental process we could have ever received. And what a facility! Everything from free ice, power hookup during storage, free RV wash and even a place to kick back and enjoy a bag of peanuts! Perfect place to store anything!

What a wonderful place to securely leave your RV! Check in was informative and efficient. They have propane on-site along with a dump station and full RV wash station. Also air pressure for your tires! They have thought of everything 😁

I must say that my overall experience working with Carefree RV Storage has been absolutely perfect! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We contacted them to store our camper and tow vehicle, they setup the reservation and wheen they could not reach me by cell phone they not only left a voice mail but also sent a text message to confirm that we were all set. We arrived as scheduled and were happy with how quickly the check in process went and then also how clean the property was. They also provide a dump station, camper wash area, vacuums and air compressor. I believe they also sell propane. What more could you ask for???How about a nice area in the office with some water and relaxing place to wait for your ride. I would highly recommend that if you need a place to store a camper, RV or boat this is the place! Fair prices, added extras and friendly people!! Go store your stuff!!!

I was greeted by a very nice woman who made this process painless. She checked availability, cost and included amenities. Extremely secure, lots of HD CCTV’s, on premise security and the res.police station is right nest door. New, well ran and reasonable rates. Strongly recommended.

CareFree is everything you could ever want when storing your RV. The whole facility is impeccablly clean. The amenities are amazing and there's even a dog park. My dog thoroughly enjoyed checking the 'pee mail' and then she found the 'stick library' there's a lovely little agility course as well! All the RV covered spaces have electric, are all concrete, level and there's ample room to manover into and out of your space. Security is excellent. A security guard patrols all areas and all gates are coded for entry and exit. I felt completely relaxed, confident and knew leaving our motorhome with CareFree it would be safe and secure. All the office staff, we meet three of them are wonderful women. They are very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly. They drive me around the facility showing my where all the amenities were and the space my motorhome would be stored. The office is beautifully decorated. There are comfy chairs if you need to wait for an Uber as I did. Plus water, coffee and snacks all free. Then to to out off they have give aways! Caps, mugs, keyrings, bandanas! CareFree goes above and beyond in my opinion to serve their guests. I can't thank Pia enough for all her help and I'm sorry I don't remember the other ladies names but I thank you also. This place was amazing so many amenities at a reasonable price including a car wash free vacuum free ice any place to dump your RV who can ask for anything better. The staff was very warm and welcoming my experience I was given an outstanding rating to them.

Great place, great service and great price! Felt like this was THE best place to store my travel trailer and truck when I'm gone out back in Canada. Felt right at home. The amenities are perfect. I can clean my travel trailer and truck before storage, clean my tanks and then take a quick Uber ride to the airport and fly out.

We were looking to put our trailer in covered parking and found Carefree Covered RV Storage on the internet. We put our name on a waiting list. It didn't take long until we received a call from Pia with a spot available. The call came on a holiday weekend! Pia held it for us to look at the next day. We were very pleased with this storage place and all it has to offer! The entire process of getting set up and contact signed was quick and painless! Pia was a joy to work with and explained everything about the site and all the amenities they have. The office is quiet, comfortable and has so much for you to look at, should you have to wait. There Is adequate space in between units and was, for the most part, clean. For what this facility offers, the price is very good! Our trailer has been in two other storage facilities, by far, this is the best!

Upon entering the office you are greeted warmly and immediately feeling as if you are a valued customer, not just another number. The information about available units, cost and amenities is provided clearly and thoroughly. I was provided with a tour of the available parking spots, without feeling rushed to select one, as well as the wash bays, vacuums, sewage dumps, propane filling station and ice, which is all included with your rental. I highly recommend this facility!

This place really has its act together. Wonderful parking spots, completely paved, clean and had all of the amenities you could want. Outlets at each spot, rig wash, vacuums, ice, potable water, excellent security, wonderful front desk staff, free swag galore. Very happy.

You guys should make the rules where people can't wash personal vehicles. Only things that should be allowed to wash is the paying vehicles for a spot. Waiting for the dumps to watch 2 guys wash trucks is crazy. Other than that this storage is great.

This place is rrrreally nice. It is 17 miles away from me but I am glad to have found it. They have all the service amenities and more for doing the basics with your rig. Free ice, propane on site, wash bays, and plenty of dump stations. And the lady agents are a riot-at least when my manic self gets them wound up!

The ladies in the office were cordial, respectful, and reliable. They did what they said they would do. They were patient w my concerns and helped me to feel comfortable w our commitment to monthly storage for our 5th wheel. It is rare, in today's world, to find the kind of service I have experienced at Carefree Covered RV Storage. From the moment I signed in, in a panic, and heading to the airport, PIA was friendly, efficient, accommodating, and kind. I also dealt with Chrystal, who was the same. The facility is clean and well laid out with a wonderful wash bay and dump station. One thing to note is that the dump is in the cleaning bay so if you are in a rush, and need to dump, you should allocate additional time in case someone is using the bay to wash their RV. They make you feel like family - absolutely professional and welcoming!

Only 2 short months, but man do they have amenities available at no extra charge! And propane on site, a one stop shop.

We have been searching for WEEKS trying to find an RV storage facility that had availability. Nothing. Literally not a stinking spot was available. We were getting borderline desperate since our RV was parked in front of our friends home and their HOA and neighbors were nice enough to give us a week to find a facility. We were down to the wire when we found two RV storage places just off the 10 and 202...one of which was thankfully Carefree Covered RV Storage!! We played a bit of phone tag because these wonderful women are thorough and helpful so if you have to wait a few extra moments, please know it will be SO worth it! Crystal and Brittany are the absolute backbone of this well-run, professional yet friendly, super clean and efficient storage facility!! The facility is well laid out, it has more amenities than you get at a lot of parks which is odd but awesome (RV wash, dump station, propane, ice, a 'coming soon dog park'...the list goes on), INCREDIBLE monthly deals and how can you not love Barkley their mascot?!?! One of his silhouettes is even heading out on adventures with us next year. :) Businesses nowadays are seemingly rooted in price gouging and ZERO customer service. Carefree Covered RV Storage is the antithesis of all of those businesses! We are making reservations every winter to park our beloved Sunshine at CCRS because you will not find better pricing, better people (we love you, Crystal and Brittany! ;) or a safer, cleaner facility! March 1, 2022 We just moved out of CCRS after three months! We were so sad but are so grateful to have such an awesome place to park our rig! She even got a free wash and dump before moving out...thank you, Carefree Covered RV Storage and to Crystal, Brittany and Pia for their amazingness!!!!! Best place to park a rig...period!

I had the best experience working with Britney! She helped me for months plan my trip from Florida to Phoenix to store my RV on its way to the Pacific Northwest! From the moment we called we were treated like family. Brittany and Lisa are wonderful hosts and showed us all of the wonderful amenities on the property. They listened to what we were looking for and located a spot that met our needs quickly. Did I mention that they have two RV wash racks, vacuum with a very long hose, tire air hose, potable water, a dump station as well as having both ice and propane on site? They are adding a new covered section and have good security monitoring 24 hours per day. Carefree Covered RV Storage is easily accessible from the I-10 and very near both a fuel station and a Best Western Hotel. Great location and service.

First, the office staff are exceptional. I dealt with both of these wonderful ladies and they exceeded any expectations I had. Welcoming, courteous, thorough and very helpful. Based on these two ambassadors I will be back. The facilities caught me by surprise. Large, clean and well layer out. Something I did not expect was a double bay free RV wash, dump station and a customer ice machine for ice chests. Easy in and easy out. I will utilize them next year!!!

Hi To whom it might concern. I was looking for a rental space to store my vehicle with good location and added security. Unfortunately a month ago Brittany and Crystal told me I had to wait till possibly after the holidays for a space to open up. Today I received a happy call from Brittany telling me a spot just became available. I am very happy to be able to store my car as early as tomorrow. Place is clean, well lit, beautiful, but they two employees working there for you made the difference. Both ladies are very professional and easy to work with and....they both smile. Brittany got me set up at the Chandler location; she was friendly and efficient. It's drive from East Mesa, but they were the only place that had slots! It's a new facility, nice and neat. Still under construction, actually. My spot it uncovered, just stashing a flatbed trailer. All the covered slots are taken. Still, in October 2021, I count myself lucky to have gotten a storage space at all!

I called Carefree and spoke with Crystal. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated her knowledgeable of the facility and provided excellent customer service. She offered a tour of the facility and I rented a space.

We needed a place for our RV and chose Carefree Covered because they seemed the nicest and most professionals. We didn't get disappointed. Found them through Google and WOW! So, pulled in and they have the best security known to man. They have 110 plug ins at every site, an RV wash bay, three massive lots, right next to a police training site. Talk about security! The staff is amazing and well knowledgeable for RV'S and trailers. 220 a month but all paved lots and covered spaces available. They also chose 10 foot barred fence6with razor wire on top. I feel safe leaving my RV there!

Carefree Covered RV Storage is TOP NOTCH!! Very secure, clean, wide aisles (which is appreciated by big rigs such as ours) and the access app is wonderful! Lisa and Dylan are always nice, courteous and willing to help in any way possible! This place is worth the drive from Scottsdale to store our big rig.

The storage facility has been great. We have stored up to three boats out there. 2 outside 1 inside. Never had any problem with management or facilities. Locked gates ALWAYS worked. Security cameras added. Grounds clean, orderly, and neat. Indoor storage stayed pretty dust free. Never had/located a mechanic on-site when I/we needed assistance but I learned to just assume that would be the case and planned that I/we were on our own if something came up. (I guessing/hope if we were in a critical situation, management would have had someone we could call out to help us???). Overall-very pleased with the place and people. Found it, used/use it, no problems. (We still have one boat out there.) Very happy.

I’m a new tenant so I can’t comment on how things will go long term. But based on my experience so far I think we will be quite happy here. I will spare you the details but after experiencing a few thefts at another storage facility where I had my RV, we decided to change locations quickly. The folks that work at Carefree Covered RV Storage have been fantastic and are clearly customer focused. Lisa (the property manager) was very responsive and worked with me on moving in per our needs. And Dylan was extremely helpful with a customer first attitude, demonstrating flexibility but at the same time professionalism and staying within their guidelines. And that brings me to the facility - clearly they have RV’ers in mind with the amenities and the protocols; the ownership is committed to the property with plans to further upgrade. You can immediately tell it’s a well run place when you enter. We are happy with the choice we made and I can recommend with confidence.

We are really impressed with this site. We started our correspondence with Lisa, who was very responsive and helpful to get the process started. When we were ready to move forward, we were helped in person by Dylan who was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Carefree Covered RV Storage is perfect for my RV! The manager, Lisa is wonderful and they have all the amenities I need. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Care free storage is a really nice, secure and clean Rv facility. Very conveniently located with easy access dumping and cleaning facilities. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Great place to store your rv.

Fresh water and dump,wash bay ( not sure if included as we did not need ) $20.00. Maybe a little pricey but VERY clean and well maintained facility. Friendly staff.

Gross! In town and boondocking. Needed a place to dump. $20 is really high. I was in line behind a Presidio 360. As he was finishing he shoved the fresh water hose down into his waste hose. I don't know how you get more disgusting and thoughtless. I called the office and their response was friendly, but clear that they were not going to clean it up. I was there another 15 minutes and nobody showed. Warned the guy behind me, and I obviously did not fill. That said, the place seemed very nice and the folks friendly. Seemed very secure.

Nice storage and facilities. Has a pleasure washer, vacuum, sewage dump, covered Rv storage as well as garaged. Wish I found it sooner. Thanks

I have has a space here for over 2 years ed/Bob great to deal with have had several spaces as the support wash rack vaccumm,air,dump station all worth the price. Recommend a space if one available.

Been here for about 4 months. It is a very secure place with just about everything I need. I love the fact that I can call and have my RV washed without even showing up. The dump station and RV wash are a huge hit. The covered spots are a must here in the AZ sun.

I was coming into town after hours and needed to reserve a spot online so it would be available for my trailer when I arrived.I Wasn't sure it was possible. I called and explained my situation. Shout out to Brittany she handled everything that she efficiently. I was really impressed. The lot new, clean, very nice and safe. Definitely recommend it.

Place is secure and well maintained. Clean looking and the surprise when I checked in was. There is a wash bay for RV/Camper and Fill/Dump Station and that is not all! there is also plugins at each parking spot. You can not find a better place in Phoenix area for parking your RV/Camper

We stored our Motorhome and Jeep here for nearly a year and couldn't be happier with our choice! The location was convenient, easy to access, clean with many features that were appreciated. The best part was the manager Brittany! She was professional, helpful and always responded to us quickly. She's the reason we are going to continue to store our Motorhome and Jeep at a Carefree location (this time in Wylie Texas).

Brittany is awesome. We originally were in Row 7 and had plenty of room to park, now that it is filling up and making it harder for this rookie to park the RV she called us as soon as a pull thru opened up. We went in and looked at the spot and she made it happen for us. She is a joy to work with!!!!

Excellent facility. Excellent Staff and amazing location. The overall experience of moving into this facility was very easy and welcoming. With all of the amenities you can take care of almost everything you would possibly need to get your RV cleaned and ready for your next adventure without ever leaving the facility. RV wash, dog park, compressed air, ice, and dump station all with plenty of room to maneuver even the largest motorhome. So glad I decided to move here this is money well spent!!

We’ve just started storing our flatbed trailer at Carefree RV Storage in Chandler and have had a great experience so far! The facility is clean, secure, and offers awesome amenities like the self wash station and free ice! Brittany, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive from day one. She made the whole process smooth and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Brittany was amazing! Professional, nice and what a great set up. I have passed by a few times, but never stopped. I needed to put my trailer in storage and it was so quick and easy! They have a dump site, electricity, and it is so clean! Would highly recommend.

Brittany was so friendly, explained all the available amenities and signed us up for new space!
